I am an IT project professional. Last 15 years of my career I was fully engaged in IT projects in Pharmaceuticals ( Worked with Sanofi , Astra Zeneca, MSD, GSK, J&J, Novartis, Roche, Loreal, LFB as a partner in the IT Field), Import/Export, Constructions, Software Development, Distribution, Automotive and Finance. During this journey started as a helpdesk then step by step promoted and developed to Network administrator then IT and Cyber security projects manager in pioneer pharmaceutical companies. I have a master’s degree in Information Technology from Lydon University and, as an IT expert, I am familiar with many software. I generally worked with all Microsoft business solutions and software and implemented them in the companies as a service. I managed the projects by MSP, Jira, and Trello applications. Knowledge improvement is one of my concerns so I always update my knowledge by participating in professional courses mainly through self-study. As a fact, I am certified by Microsoft as a professional, PMI as PMP, PBA Holder, AXELOS as Prince2 Practitioner, and SCRUM as PSMI certified. However, if someone asks me what are my main success factors. I wouldn’t commence by mentioning these certificates. Whatever you have in the frame on the wall, is not helping you if you don’t play a professional role within a team. When I look back on my career, I can confess that my energy and motivation has been always come from engaging with other people, and for me, engagement has a special connotation. Giving feedback, craving to receive feedback, supporting others, and of course asking for support when needed. With the gross mindset that I am practicing, I am looking forward to participating in different projects enabling me to share my experience and add value. And at the same time develop my skills by learning from others. I believe that with this attitude a team can be successful and I can be part of success.
